That we C A Brinson and R E Rhodes
of the County of Simpson, and State of Mississippi, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Mississippi, in the penal
sum of Two Hundred Dollars, lawful money, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we and each of us
do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
WITNESS our hands and seals, this 24 day of March A.D. 1879
The condition of the Obligation, is, that whereas, applications has been made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of said County, for a License for the Marriage of C A Brinson
and Miss Rebecca May
NOW, THEREFORE, if there shall be no lawful cause to obstruct the Marriage for which said License is granted,
then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force.
