This is the 1920 census record of Robert M Brinson in Fulton County, Georgia.
The record indicates Robert was a 23-year-old single white male. He and his parents were born in Mississippi. The last name is misspelled but I think this is the correct record. Other records indicate he was in Europe in World War I at about this time. This Fort McPherson census listing may be related to his military service but I'm not sure why he is listed at the hospital in Georgia.
According to the 1920 U.S. census Robert M Brensen lived at U.S. Gen. Hosp. #6 Ft. McPherson, in Blackhall District, in Fulton County, Georgia. He was a 23-year-old single white male. He was able to read and write. He and his father and mother were born in Mississippi. He was able to speak English. His occupation was laborer.
He is listed on penned page 14A in supervisor’s district 5, enumeration district 155 at line number 11.
Fort McPherson was used to treat 10,000 wounded soldiers from 1917 to 1919. In 1920 it began serving as the IV Corps Area. Robert's page of the census appears to have been enumerated on January 8, 1920 and asked about the person's place of abode on January 1, 1920. I'm not sure if he was there as a patient or if Fort McPherson served as administration for soldiers stationed locally or overseas.
